STAFF FORMS & LINKS

DAILY ATTENDANCE:

​

• Take attendance on-line after the late bell rings @ 8:40**

• When students arrive late to school they must sign in at the front office and bring a tardy slip

• If a student comes late but doesn't have a tardy slip please send them back to the office to sign in**. 

• **CAUTION: At 9:30am all parents of students marked "absent" receive an auto call from IC to verify the absence.

 

PTO GRANT PROCEDURE:

• Download PTO Grant Application or obtain one from the office

• Complete the form and give it to Rashell Lemmons

• PTO or Rashell Lemmons will notify you if grant was approved

• See Rashell Lemmons for purchasing procedures for your grant

​

FACILITY USE:

​

• To hold events @ TBE between 8:30-3:30 see Heather

• If you are using a room other than your own please see the front office to book the space.  If your event is not on the TBE-Room & Facilities calendar it is NOT booked. 

​

HEALTH ROOM PROCEDURES: 

 

• Please send your student to the health room with a green Hall Pass.
